Our therapists currently provide telehealth services. Therapy sessions are conducted online via a secure portal and clients can log in from anywhere in Iowa. We have found that our clients appreciate the flexibility and comfort from having sessions where they choose.

Farrah Bonde is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been providing mental health-related services for many years. She received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Iowa. Farrah completed the Master’s program in Social Work in 2003.
Farrah has a diverse social work background. She began her career focusing on work with substance abuse treatment. Farrah was a registered attachment clinician through ATTACh for two years. She received an Award of Excellence for providing services to families and children in 2007. Farrah then took on a Service Director position at a social service agency for ten years. Farrah has trained providers and community members on various topics throughout her career.
Farrah has worked in both private and nonprofit settings with a range of populations and welcomes working with clients from all backgrounds. Her clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families struggling with a wide range of emotional, relationship, and professional challenges. Farrah has extensive experience with people suffering from trauma, divorce, life transitions, anxiety and depression.
Drawing from CBT, EMDR, play therapy, narrative therapy, DBT, and mindfulness modalities, Farrah believes in helping her clients find individual solutions to complex issues. Farrah provides a warm, non- judgmental, and understanding approach.
Farrah is passionate about providing her clients throughout Iowa with a quality therapist who understands their unique needs. She believes that each person goes through periods in life where they could benefit from additional support. She considers it a privilege to help others get through challenges and live more fulfilling lives.
Farrah enjoys being with her husband and children. Farrah is an animal lover, enjoys reading, being in nature, traveling, and volunteer work.
